Morningstar Announces Agenda for Morningstar Investment Conference for Institutional Investors

AMSTERDAM, 21 JULY 2022 – Morningstar Europe Ltd, a subsidiary of Morningstar, Inc. (NASDAQ: MORN), today announced the agenda for its Morningstar Investment Conference for Institutional Investors, to be held 29-30 September 2022 at the Hotel Okura in Amsterdam. Built around Morningstar’s cutting-edge research, the two-day agenda is catered for C-suite, Board Members, Portfolio Managers and ESG/Impact Investing Officers of institutional organisations.

  • Ivo Mulder, Head – Climate Finance Unit, United Nations Environmental Programme (UNEP), delivering a keynote on biodiversity, land degradation and climate crisis
  • Hortense Bioy, Global Director of Sustainability Research at Morningstar, on how regulation such as the Sustainable Finance Action Plan is reshaping the European ESG funds landscape;
  • Sue Lloyd, Vice Chair, ISSB, who will be interviewed on navigating through ESG reporting requirements
  • Mark Fawcett, CIO at Nest, in conversation with Thomas Kuh, Head of ESG Strategy at Morningstar Indexes, on how the largest global asset owners are navigating the shifting regulatory and geopolitical environment;
  • Jodie Tapscott, Vice President and Director of Responsible Investing Strategy at Alliance Bernstein and Carmine de Franco, Head of Research at Ossiam, in conversation with Bob Mann, President at Morningstar Sustainalytics about the construction of Paris-aligned portfolios.
